3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your event, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees will apply based on how close the cancellation is to the event date, as detailed in your specific contract.
4. Liability
Baba Event Planner is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, or vendor failures that are beyond our direct control. We will always do our utmost to find suitable replacements and ensure your event runs smoothly.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
